We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive global social media planning, Latin America press relations, and multi-channel content development to strengthen brand visibility and support regional and global business priorities.This role manages structured social media programs, coordinates press and media activities across LATAM, and develops high-quality marketing content for digital platforms and campaign initiatives.The Specialist partners closely with regional marketing, product, sales, and global MarCom teams to ensure consistent messaging, strategic alignment, and effective execution.Area : Branding & Content Unit : Ligthera LatAm S.A Curitiba Office Work Arrangement:HybridREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Proven experience in marketing communications, public relations, or digital content creation Proven experience managing B2B social media programs Experience developing press materials and coordinating media relations Experience working across regions and cross-functional teams Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Advanced English and intermediate Spanish requiredCORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Planning & Execution Develop and execute monthly and quarterly social media plans aligned with campaigns, launches, and regional priorities Manage content calendars and publishing workflows Create and edit platform-appropriate content Coordinate creative asset development with internal stakeholders Monitor performance and provide monthly analytics insights and recommendationsLATAM Press & Media Relations Lead Latin America press engagement and media coordination Draft, localize, and distribute press releases and media materials Prepare spokesperson briefs, Q&A documents, and media messaging Track media coverage and ensure alignment with global brand positioningContent Development Develop and edit articles, web content, case studies, campaign assets, and email communications Translate technical and product topics into clear, compelling market messaging Support multilingual content development (English, Spanish, Portuguese) Ensure brand consistency across regions and channelsCross-Functional Coordination Partner with regional marketing, product, sales, and global MarCom teams Support digital publishing, email campaigns, and event communications Maintain organized content repositories and documentationIf you are seeking to work in a global company, interacting with people around the world as part of a Digital Marketing team, this opportunity is for you!
