Program Delivery Manager
About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring support for PST timings.
* Job Overview:
* Manage delivery for key customers across technological tracks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Lead teams across technologies, fostering collaboration and productivity, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and best practices.
* Act as delivery point of contact for Customers, understanding customer needs, managing expectations, and ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Customer stakeholders and ensure project scope is well documented.
* Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks effectively.
* Ensure project teams meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and avoid service credits/penalties.
* Establish and monitor Key Results Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as performance metrics for team members.
* Support hiring resources for various tracks as roles get identified by working with TAG teams.
* Continuously work with individual members in project teams and ensure their contributions are made visible to Customer in terms of activities/stories/Jira Tickets as applicable on a weekly basis and obtain continuous feedback on the performance of the teams and course correct as needed appropriately.
* Work with Customer stakeholders, identify opportunities, proactively create proposals with efforts, solutioning, and financials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in software development project management, must have worked with onshore/Nearshore/offshore model. Open to be flexible to speak to teams in different time zones.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, thought leadership skills with ability to effectively engage with Customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex project challenges.
