Reporting to: Regional ManagerReported to by: Accounting Manager, HR Supervisor, IT Supervisor, Inventory StaffTargets of the Position:Provide monthly Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet of the RegionTake Responsibility of correct and accurate Store AccountingProvides Reports and Statistics in order to manage and improve the Operations of the RegionEnsure the necessary Legal Procedures on Accounting, Tax matters, and Labor LawEnsure the lowest possible Cost and highest possible Productivity in the reposting departmentsSpecific Powers and Responsibilities:Organize an efficient Accounting Department especially for the Accounting of all Procedures which concern the Stores (“Store Accounting”)Administrate all HR and Payroll matters of the Region, legally and financiallyProvide the necessary Information to the Company’s Tax and Accounting Advisors and AuditorsValidate unusual Inventory results of Stores and Warehouse, ensures reliable dataAdministrate the Regional IT Requirements and Infrastructure in coordination with the Head Office ITKeep the Keys of all Stores and Vaults in the RegionDecide on reporting Staff Salaries in Accordance with the Salary Policies of the CompanyParticipation in the Administration Managers Meeting, Regional Meeting and Round Table
