Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions.
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
* Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior staff members for further assistance.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
* Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions to inform business decisions and improve processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital platforms.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and proficiency in MS Office, internet browsers, and computer systems.
