This role involves identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives.
You will be responsible for recommending solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

Key responsibilities include evaluating business problems and assessing the potential for automated solutions, assisting in identifying, evaluating, and developing specifications for systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements, executing unit, integration, and acceptance testing for systems that align with business needs, analyzing business reporting, systems data, and relevant performance data to provide insights to business and IT leaders, supporting informed decision-making, identifying opportunities for process improvements, systems integration, and technology solutions that address the needs of business partners.
Leadership and Expertise:
1. You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in the sub-function, typically achieved through advanced education and work experience.
2. Responsibilities include managing large projects, processes, products, and systems with limited oversight from management.
3. You will provide coaching, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
4. You will address IT-related problems that are difficult and moderately complex.
5. You will serve as an expert within the discipline.

* A University Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
* Skills in communication and stakeholder management, data analytics and reporting, data cleaning, structuring, and management, capacity management and prioritization, business/insurance acumen, and IT processes and systems.
* Exceptional verbal, analytical and written communication skills – must be comfortable speaking and writing to C-level audiences, as well as technical audiences.
* 1-2 years of experience in financial and accounts payable systems, including JD Edwards (JDE), Cognos etc.
* Certification in CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PMP (Project Management Professional) is preferred.
