Ebury is a hyper-growth FinTech firm, named in 2021 as one of the top 15 European Fintechs to work for by AltFi. We offer a range of products including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments and API integration.

**Hybrid: 4 days per week in the São Paulo office, 1 day working from home**

As Ebury continues to grow, one of our biggest priorities is finding the right people to join our talented team. This is the ideal job for someone looking to make a move from agency to in-house or for someone looking for an international in-house role within the exciting Fintech industry.

Backed by banking giant Santander, we plan to grow close to 50% this year, as we build on our reputation as a multi-award-winning Fintech operating internationally in more than 30 countries with more than 1,600 Eburians driving us forward.

We are a supportive, connected, international team and an integral part of the Global HR department.

**The Job**
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods
- Network across the company building strong relationships with internal customers at all levels.
- Diary management and interview bookings
- Ensure accurate information is captured in our recruitment system (Greenhouse)

**About You**
- **Fluency (written and spoken) in English and Portuguese**:

- A proven track record as an agency recruiter or in-house/TA Experience of volume recruitment is beneficial
- Experience in recruitment within Financial Services or Sales is beneficial.
- Highly organised and autonomous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly service-orientated
- A flexible mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture
