Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced AI Technical/Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience (20+ for Solution Architect) and at least 5+ years of hands‑on Azure expertise.
Architect, design, and implement AI solutions across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Deploy, fine‑tune, and customize generative AI models, ensuring scalability and performance.
Lead prompt engineering initiatives and leverage Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gain consensus on complex technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Guide and govern teams of 5+ members, providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Deliver upskilling sessions to customers and support adoption of AI‑driven solutions.
Ensure solutions cover Azure strategy, stakeholder management, and end‑to‑end architecture including business, application, and infrastructure aspects.
Must Have Skills
10+ years of IT experience (20+ for Solution Architect)
5+ years of hands‑on Azure experience (IaaS/PaaS)
Strong expertise in deploying and fine‑tuning generative AI models
Prompt Engineering, Azure OpenAI, Form Recognizer, Cognitive Search, Vector Databases
Python and PySpark development skills
Proven ability to manage and technically guide teams
Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
Educational Qualification
Minimum: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech or equivalent
Preferred: M.Tech/MS
