Job Description
We are seeking an experienced training coordinator to join our team. This role is part of our operations team and supports our customers in Frankfurt.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service.
This role involves working closely with our team based in India.
As a training coordinator, you will report to our training operations manager.
You will be the key point of contact for all local stakeholders, coordinating training session delivery.
You will oversee all activities within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze training needs provided by clients and determine the number of sessions needed to train trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required.
* Organize training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* Provide learner support level 2.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
A high-level understanding of the training landscape is essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for this role.
Experience working in an international environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is also required.
