Business Development Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our organization. This position is responsible for cultivating motivated seller leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct onboarding calls, schedule new appointments, and foster growth in the sales pipeline
* Optimize CRM systems to enhance lead tracking, segmentation, and conversion rates
* Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve outreach strategies
* E nsure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of all client interactions
* Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive performance and refine sales processes
Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in commission-based sales
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a strong sense of accountability
* Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel) and Airtable
