Genetic Sales Representative
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive sales growth in the genetic testing and research industry.
* Qualifications:
* Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries
* Advanced English proficiency, clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and the ability to present confidently
* Biology or related educational background is beneficial
The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of scientific knowledge, strong communication skills, and sales expertise. They will be responsible for qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and communicating clearly and professionally in English and Spanish when applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups
2. Conduct sales meetings and presentations using company training materials to explain products and services
3. Communicate clearly and professionally in English (and Spanish when applicable), ensuring strong verbal and written communication
4. Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor
5. Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients
6. Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million
7. Respond promptly to client inquiries and diligently follow up to move opportunities forward
8. Conduct outreach via phone and email, as well as respond to inbound calls
9. Build relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Peru
10. Participate in the hiring process by recording an application video and delivering a presentation using company training materials
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries, educational background in Biology/Medical fields is a plus, and familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions (AI, SaaS, or digital platforms).
