Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our client's Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This opportunity requires a dedicated team player with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and experience in facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, and partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
* Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
* Experience working with distributed, global teams
