We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to manage our sales pipeline, conduct outreach, and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related industries, excellent English communication skills, and be able to connect with clients across diverse regions.
 * Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and consistent follow-ups.
 * Conduct sales meetings and presentations using our training materials to explain products and services.
 * Communicate clearly and professionally in English (and Spanish when applicable), ensuring strong verbal and written communication.
 * Present professionally on video calls, maintaining an appropriate background, appearance, and demeanor.
 * Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage effectively with clients.
 * Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure—handling deals ranging from $100,000 to $2 million.
This role requires scientific knowledge, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions. The successful candidate will have a biology or related background and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the life sciences industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, including Mexico, Argentina, and Peru.
