Job Title: Senior AI Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in software and AI/ML engineering, with a strong background in Python and either Golang, Node.js, C#, .NET or Java expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and operationalizing AI-native services that transform the utility sector. This role combines applied AI/ML expertise with strong back-end engineering skills, ensuring scalable, secure and production-ready systems.
1. AI Systems Development: Architecting purpose-built AI agents for utility use cases including predictive operations, customer engagement and energy optimization
2. Back-End Integration: Building APIs, microservices and orchestration frameworks connecting AI models with enterprise systems
3. Pipeline Ownership: Designing the complete pipeline ingestion embeddings retrieval evaluation continuous deployment ensuring reliability scalability
4. AI Risk Mitigation: Addressing vulnerabilities unique to AI model drift bias exploitation adversarial robustness hallucination control sensitivity regulated environments
5.
