Agile Practice Specialist
This is a hands-on role that involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
You will support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team, and partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) and familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
You will assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
