This hybrid role focuses on the day-to-day maintenance, \"hygiene,\" and performance monitoring of both Search (SEM) and Paid Social/Programmatic accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring account health, executing routine optimizations, and providing reporting support to drive overall account efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring & Hygiene Cross-Channel Monitoring: Proactively flag discrepancies with budget pacing, efficiency targets, and identify performance opportunities across all active platforms. SEM Maintenance: Lead routine search hygiene tasks, including search query reports (SQR), negative keyword management, and landing page audits. Social & Programmatic Audits: Own day-parting analyses, creative fatigue audits, placement performance reviews, and blacklist management. Platform Optimization: Regularly review optimization scores (Google) and opportunity scores (Meta) to identify and execute quick-win refreshes.Execution & Trafficking Ad Trafficking: Own ad trafficking tasks within social platforms, DSPs, and CM360 as assigned. Creative Support: Assist with creative builds, sitelink promo updates, and reviewing creative assets for necessary refreshes. Account Structure: Support key projects such as campaign restructures and YoY category results analyses.Reporting & QA Data Integrity: Contribute to reporting processes, including dashboard QA and inputting data into integrated monthly reports. Tech Proficiency: Maintain high standards of organization using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).Qualifications & Skills 1+ years of experience focusing on Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Ad Operations, and/or other relevant roles. SEM Proficiency: Must be proficient in Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing) is a plus. Paid Social Proficiency: Must be proficient in Meta Ads. Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, or Reddit is a plus. Programmatic Skills: Experience with DV360 or other DSPs is a very strong advantage. Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); comfortable being client-facing to a limited degree.
