The Scrum Master role is a critical part of our Agile team. We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our Scrum framework, foster collaboration, and ensure smooth program delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Servant Leadership: Facilitate Scrum events, manage the ART calendar, and maintain program-level cadence.
* Culture Development: Promote lean-agile principles among teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. Encourage continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk Management: Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks. Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
* Process Optimization: Enhance the flow of value across the ART. Manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus. JIRA skills are mandatory.
