Job Summary:
As a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) at our company, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential business clients. This mid-senior level position requires a proactive and strategic approach to outbound prospecting, leveraging your advanced English skills to communicate effectively with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, nurturing relationships, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will use data-driven insights and a consultative sales approach to introduce businesses to our company´s innovative contract intelligence solutions, helping them streamline contract review and negotiation processes. This is a high-impact role that offers growth opportunities for professionals who are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect & Qualify Leads – Identify and engage potential B2B clients through outbound outreach, leveraging multiple channels such as email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and virtual networking events.
* Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building – Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their pain points and aligning the company’s contract intelligence solutions to their needs.
* Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to ensure seamless deal progression.
* Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and optimize lead generation efforts.
* Product & Industry Knowledge – Stay up to date on the company’s offerings, contract intelligence trends, and competitor landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
* Achieve & Exceed Targets – Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales development goals, including lead generation, qualified opportunities, and conversion rates.
* Continuous Improvement – Analyze sales outreach performance, leverage feedback, and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or legal tech industry.
* Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with global clients.
* Familiarity with Hubspot CRM is a must, proficiency is a plus.
* Sales & Prospecting Skills – Proven ability to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets.
* Strategic & Consultative Approach – Strong ability to understand client needs, articulate value propositions, and position solutions effectively.
* Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Collaboration & Adaptability – Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, with a willingness to adapt and continuously improve strategies.
* As a plus: Familiarity with legal tech, contract management, or B2B SaaS solutions is a plus.
What we offer:

Compensation:Total Compensation (Base + Commission) will be approximately: $1,800 – $2,200 per month or more.
This will be composed of a base salary of 1,000 USD + commissions starting from 700 USD by only selling a basic package per month.
Commission terms:
* Commission Structure: 50% base salary / 50 % commissions (or more)
* Commission Terms:
o 5% of the first year's deal value
o Paid upon contract signing and receipt of first payment
o No cap on commissions
* Sales Cycle & Earning Potential:Our short sales cycles and straightforward packages make it feasible for the right candidate to significantly exceed market earnings—even by selling just the basic package!
