About this role:
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement innovative marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to drive measurable marketing impact and enhance the fan journey across touchpoints.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in sports and entertainment organizations to understand their fans' behaviors, journeys, and content consumption habits, and translate those insights into personalized, real-time AEP activations.
* Mentor junior engineers on best practices in AEP implementation, data design, and campaign orchestration.
* Drive the technical delivery of AEP projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time completion, high-quality outputs, and alignment with scope and budget.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in marketing technology implementations, with deep hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and related tools such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
* Strong knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to architect solutions that influence outcomes such as ROI, CLTV, churn, and campaign lift.
* Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and foster a collaborative delivery environment.
* Experience with data, segmentation, identity resolution, consent management, and journey building & personalization within AEP.
* Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Desirable Skills
* Experience working with or supporting clients in the sports, media, or entertainment industries.
* Familiarity with fan engagement strategies, event-driven personalization, and omnichannel orchestration in a sports context.
* Integration experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and third-party data sources to enrich customer profiles.
