About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Development Manager to lead and expand our indirect sales operations. This role involves working closely with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the channel ecosystem, including distributors, resellers, and regional partners.
* Plan and execute offline sales strategies to increase market share.
* Monitor partner performance and implement actions to boost results.
* Conduct commercial visits, trainings, and point-of-sale activations.
* Track key indicators such as sell-in, sell-out, inventory, coverage, and product mix.
* Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
* Maintain alignment with internal teams, including marketing, trade marketing, logistics, and product.
* Prepare sales reports and present results to leadership.
Requirements
* Proven experience in indirect channel or offline sales.
* Background in electronics, technology, telecom, or durable consumer goods.
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and partner-development skills.
* Analytical mindset and strong results orientation.
* English proficiency for international communication.
* Availability for business travel.
Nice to Have
* Previous experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or team leader in sales.
* Knowledge of trade marketing and in-store activation strategies.
