Electrical VDC Team Lead
Job Overview
* We are seeking an experienced Electrical VDC Team Lead to oversee and lead the development, coordination, and delivery of electrical BIM models across all project stages.
* The successful candidate will manage and guide the Electrical BIM team by providing technical support, quality checks, and mentorship.
Responsibilities and Requirements
* Conduct regular model audits, data checks, and quality control reviews to ensure the integrity and reliability of electrical BIM deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver BIM-related documentation, including model execution plans, progress reports, schedules, and technical presentations.
* Support the integration of BIM with other digital tools such as Navisworks, Revit, and clash detection software.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling, coordination, and project delivery.
* Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (electrical discipline) with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
