The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruitment consulting experience, preferably in an agency setting, with strong business development skills and a proven track record in client management. They possess deep knowledge of the LatAm talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances, as well as fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken). A self-starter mindset, comfort working independently, and delivering results under autonomy are essential qualities for this role.
This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours, allowing you to work from anywhere in Brazil or be part of our fast-growing, innovative international team.
