This role partners closely with internal marketing stakeholders—including Events, Digital, Editorial, and Social—as well as with global marketing teams and external agencies in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.You'll collaborate directly with senior consulting leaders and subject-matter experts to shape Bain's presence in media, craft compelling content, and ensure Bain's reputation is consistently elevated across channels and markets.WHERE YOU'LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAMAs the PR & Content lead for Market Reputation, you'll be responsible for developing and executing Bain's public relations strategy in South America, overseeing content development and localization, and driving internal communications initiatives. You'll own the editorial calendar, manage relationships with media agencies, and measure campaign performance to ensure quality and alignment with our brand priorities.What You'll DoDevelop and execute Bain's PR and media strategy for South America in close partnership with the Senior Marketing DirectorManage relationships with external PR agencies across Argentina, Chile, and Colombia to ensure aligned executionOversee media presence, press coverage, and competitive tracking, providing timely insights to leadershipCoordinate IP-driven and institutional content for media and internal channels—including localized press releasesLead internal communications initiatives across South America, including Bain News and Friday ShareManage updates to and content publishing via KapostTrack Market Reputation KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvementSupport broader team operations and ad-hoc projects as neededAbout You5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, corporate communications, or content developmentUndergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in media relations, press office coordination, and storytellingStrong writing and content adaptation skills across Portuguese, Spanish, and EnglishFamiliarity with digital platforms (e.g., websites, CMS, internal newsletters)Strong project management, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skillsClient-centric mindset and ability to work well under pressurePrior experience in a professional services environment is a plus
