Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Team Leader: Generalist, you will guide a squad(s) in providing an end-to-end service(s) and facilitate the use of agile practices to optimize workflow and remove obstacles impacting squad performance. You will also act as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, engaging in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s). Your primary responsibilities will include:
Lead Squad Operations: Guide a squad(s) in providing an end-to-end service(s), facilitating the use of agile practices to optimize workflow, identify bottlenecks, and remove obstacles impacting squad performance.
Technical Resource and Escalation: Act as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, providing in-depth knowledge of technical solutions to resolve complex problems.
Problem Resolution: Engage in identifying and resolving complex problems relating to the service(s) provided by the squad(s), utilizing technical expertise to drive resolution.
Agile Practices: Drive the use of agile practices for squad operations, ensuring optimal workflow and removing obstacles to improve squad performance.
Performance Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and optimize squad performance by removing obstacles and streamlining workflow.
