Requisitos: Superior completo em Engenharia, podendo ser substituída por outra formação desde que com mais de 7 anos de experiência na área em empresas de saúde. Conhecimento avançado em ferramentas de melhoria de processo: CDP, APQP, FMEA, Validação, Minitab, RCA. Inglês avançado para escrita, fala e leitura Desejável Qualificação em Lean (mínimo Green Belt) Desejável conhecimento prático de gerenciamento de projetos ou formação na área.
