We’re excited to be hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow MAVI’s talent network from the hundreds today to millions in the years ahead. Talent acquisition is at the heart of MAVI’s platform, and we’re looking for someone who is creative, resourceful, and data-driven to help us build scalable ways of sourcing and vetting top finance talent across the globe.
You’ll be joining as one of the first dedicated members of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, working closely with colleagues and founders to shape and expand our network. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build processes from the ground up, and directly influence how we grow.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and support end-to-end talent acquisition.
* Explore, establish, and refine channels for talent sourcing at scale across LATAM (primarily), APAC, and other regions, in close partnership with the engineering team.
* Build proprietary sourcing networks in key regions, using creative strategies to attract exceptional talent.
* Guide and improve the vetting process to ensure only the most qualified finance & accounting professionals join MAVI’s network.
* Define and track key performance metrics for sourcing and vetting to continuously enhance processes and uphold high standards of quality.
* Collaborate closely with the TA team, founders, and engineering team to introduce automation and efficiencies across sourcing, screening, and vetting.
* Partner with the TA team and founders to shape the right distribution of skills and profiles in the talent pool, and source accordingly to meet these goals.
* Consistently work towards meeting and surpassing monthly talent acquisition KPIs.
* Act as a trusted thought partner to the founders on all aspects of talent acquisition.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3-8+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with some leadership exposure being a plus.
* Strong ability to source high-quality talent at scale using both active and passive techniques, ideally across multiple regions (with APAC and LATAM experience being especially valuable).
* Skilled in vetting and interviewing talent, serving as an early filter to assess candidates against defined criteria.
* Experience experimenting with and refining different sourcing channels and strategies.
* Comfortable using data to guide sourcing and acquisition decisions, and setting KPIs to measure success.
* Prior experience recruiting finance & accounting talent is a plus, though not essential.
* Familiarity with key HR tools (e.G., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms) to support efficient acquisition processes.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments, with flexibility to adapt to change.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* A team player who is humble, driven, and passionate about delivering excellence in their work.
