Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) Company: DBA Dental ( Location: Remote Market: United States Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: Competitive Salary + commission per client brought in. We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our sales team by identifying and engaging potential clients in the U.S. market. Responsibilities: Build and maintain lists of qualified leads Conduct outbound prospecting, primarily through cold calls Introduce our services and qualify potential clients Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team Track outreach activities and lead status in the CRM Requirements: Previous experience as a BDR, SDR, or in a similar sales role Fluent English (required to communicate with U.S. prospects) Experience with cold calling and outbound lead generation Comfortable handling a high volume of daily calls Resilient and persistent mindset when facing rejection during outreach Strong communication and organizational skills Previous experience selling services in the dental industry is preferred.
