About the Role
The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to technical support requests from other departments. This includes analyzing complex technical issues, resolving problems, and ensuring that all relevant documentation is up-to-date.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd level technical support for inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Analyze technical systems to identify and resolve customer-facing problems.
* Configure standard components for existing customers and ensure seamless integration.
* Monitor system performance and respond promptly to incidents.
* Ensure accurate and complete documentation of system information.
* Respond to technical support requests via tickets and provide detailed solutions or analysis.
* Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes to existing customer configurations.
* Delegate cases requiring specialized expertise to relevant teams via tickets.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
* Excellent knowledge of web-based application configuration (HTTP/SOAP/REST/FTP).
* Proven skills in technical knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV, and MS Office.
* Knowledge of Java is desirable.
* Mandatory fluency in English.
* Native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese.
