About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting requirements, mapping business processes, and defining acceptance criteria. You will also take on a Quality Assurance role to ensure that the delivery meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Create test cases and perform functional validation to ensure quality delivery.
* Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Map business processes and document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
* Develop metrics and success criteria for proof of concept projects.
* Identify and report defects and collaborate with technical teams for corrections.
