Reporting to the Regional Head of Risk, the Operational Risk Manager will be responsible for promoting and embedding Experian's Risk Management Framework processes within the UK&I business.
This includes implementing and embedding the tools, policies, standards, and procedures required for the business to manage its current and emerging risks.What you'll be doing:Assist the UK&I Head of Risk in driving the Regional Risk Profile and enhancing the maturity of Risk Management activitiesCommunicate areas of exposure and recommend focus areasMonitor and analyze risks within the UK&I region across various business units and report on material areas of existing and potential exposureReport on the business risk profile with visibility of key material areas and identify changes in risk assessment and control effectivenessSupport the establishment, maintenance, and delivery of risk management policies and protocolsAdvise on potential risk impacts across the organization spanning enterprise risk disciplinesCollaborate across business units to ensure comprehensive risk managementProvide guidance and training to risk owners and stakeholders on the application of the risk management framework, tools, and techniquesConduct assurance activities and deep dives to explore exposure areas and provide recommendationsAbout ExperianExperian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses worldwide.
