About This OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our client's Product & Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of Agile practices.This is a hands-on role ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring alignment with Agile principles.Support and guide one Scrum team with potential responsibility for a second team.Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.Identify escalate and help remove impediments impacting team progress.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.Work closely with mid-level managers and cross-functional team members across multiple regions.Required Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum Scrum of Scrums).Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus.Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira Confluence or similar.Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.Experience working with distributed global teams.Soft SkillsYou will also require:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset.Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Adaptability flexibility and a proactive attitude.Ability to challenge ideas constructively and negotiate pushback when needed.Independent thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.Additional RequirementsIn addition to the above qualifications you must be able to:Work effectively in a remote environment.Comfortable collaborating with teams across North America Europe and Asia.Willingness to learn adapt and evolve within Agile frameworks.
