Responsibilities
Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability

Perform a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities in a variety of contexts
Investigate, define and resolve complex problems
Select appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools and applications
Demonstrate an analytical and systematic approach to problem solving
Communicate fluently orally and in writing, and present complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives
Plan, schedule and monitor work to meet time and quality targets and in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures
Rapidly absorb new technical information and apply it effectively
Mandatory Skills
Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions
Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs
Understand the requirements from provided functional designs and transform these into technical designs
Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and testing tools for functions of high complexity
Perform performance tuning to improve performance across multiple functions
Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions
Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities
Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously
Advanced English for conversation
SAP certification is an added advantage
S/4 HANA exposure is a differential
