Key Account Manager Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth. This involves developing strategic account plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring clients' needs are met.
Responsibilities:
* Manage existing key client accounts within assigned territories.
* Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow accounts.
* Identify and pursue new key accounts within designated territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Maximize revenue generation by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
* Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
* Collaborate with product development teams to gather client feedback and contribute to new product/service development.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills for creating long-term commercial relationships.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous environment.
* Commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries.
* Business acumen with experience in B2B and new business segments.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish are advantageous.
