About the Role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and confirming incoming contract documents, coordinating submittal packages, and assisting with contract administration. This role will also involve working closely with project managers, estimators, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and confirm incoming contract documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Coordinate submittal packages, including procuring samples and managing documentation
* Assist with contract administration, including tracking contracts and ensuring timely completion
* Work closely with project managers, estimators, and contractors to facilitate project progress
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional studies in technical training preferred
* A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, vendors, and clients
* Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook email
