*What You Will Do
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
R&D Contract Liaison*
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of R&D contract requests and confidentiality agreements. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the R&D team and the Contracts department, ensuring smooth intake, tracking, and execution of agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end process for R&D Contract Requests and Confidentiality Agreements.
* Write requisitions and manage follow-ups to ensure timely processing.
* Act as the subject matter expert for the Contracts team.
* Coordinate intake and workflow for R&D-related agreements.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize contract management practices.
Required Qualifications
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) and ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in the consumer products industry or a related field.
Experience in managing contracts and confidentiality agreements.
