Executive Leadership Position
The Senior Project Manager is a high-level professional responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Leadership & Team Management:
o Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills by guiding and directing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.
o Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Project Management:
o Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resources allocation.
o Ensure seamless project execution, leveraging Agile methodologies and Microsoft DevOps tools.
* DevOps Project Management:
o Manage sprints, backlogs, and work items within Microsoft DevOps, promoting transparency and alignment across the organization.
