We operate across more than 50 countries and regions on six continents, providing 24/7 comprehensive IT solution deployment services.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Center Warehouse Manager to oversee the storage, handling, inventory accuracy, and lifecycle management of critical IT infrastructure assets within a data center environment.This role requires prior data center experience and a strong understanding of IT hardware, operational processes, and secure asset handling. The successful candidate will manage warehouse operations that directly support mission-critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.Important: This is not a traditional logistics warehouse role. Candidates must have hands-on exposure to data center environments and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations supporting data center infrastructure.Control the full lifecycle of IT assets — receiving, storage, tracking, movement, and decommissioning.Maintain 100% inventory accuracy, ensuring all asset data (location, serial number, model, status) is properly recorded.Enforce asset management SOPs, security policies, and compliance requirements.Ensure secure handling, transportation, and storage of sensitive equipment to prevent damage or data risk.Register and control warehouse access and all asset entry and exit activities.Use asset management tools to process work orders within SLA targets and maintain reliable system data.Monitor warehouse environmental conditions (dust, humidity, safety) in alignment with data center standards.Identify operational risks and implement preventive controls.Partner closely with Data Center Operations, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support infrastructure activities.Lead inventory audits, reconciliation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage projects related to asset deployment and warehouse optimisation, including planning, risk control, and execution.Provide support for urgent operational needs or after-hours requests when required.Required QualificationsMandatory: Proven experience working in a data center environment.5–7 years of total professional experience, including 3–5 years in data center asset, logistics, or warehouse operations.Strong familiarity with data center hardware such as servers, switches, fibre systems, optical modules, and related components.Solid understanding of the data center asset lifecycle, from receiving to retirement.Experience with inventory and asset management systems.Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse operations with high accuracy and strong security controls.Team management and project coordination experience.Ability to operate in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Language:Proficiency in English | C1–C2 (Advanced)Optional: Portuguese and ChineseLocation Available:OsascoVinhedoPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting large-scale data centers.Leadership experience.Knowledge of compliance, risk control, or operational governance practices.Process improvement experience.Job Type: Full-time I CLTWork Location: In person
