Job Title: Senior Project Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
2. Lead cross-functional teams, guiding them through daily operations, task management, and resource allocation.
3. Mentor team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on prioritization, risk mitigation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Fluent English
2. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
3. Minimum of 8 years of IT Project Management experience in an Agile environment, with a strong focus on application/software development.
4. Prior hands-on development or coding experience.
5. Proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts.
6. Hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, particularly in managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics.
7. Ability to perform business analysis on projects, including requirements gathering and process documentation.
