Lead Product Designer - Shaping Patient Care Solutions

About the Opportunity
The goal is to streamline and modernize communication between healthcare providers. You will have a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that will transform how doctors communicate with each other and with patients.
This is an early-stage startup where you'll be part of shaping the core product experience. Direct influence over user experience and product decisions are yours to take.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate directly with clients' founding team to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
A strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes, 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, and demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
You should also have proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc), excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus points for having engineering experience developing SaaS applications, knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps, experience working with healthcare-related platforms, and familiarity with US-based HIPAA regulations and health tech security standards.
