Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a creative agency environment across multiple media production types.
- Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience running large consumer campaigns, working with creative/social and influencer/media agencies in totality from strategy through execution.
- Experience crafting marketing strategies while utilizing quantitative and qualitative consumer insights.
- Experience working, engaging, and influencing across local, regional, and global stakeholders and teams
- Ability to think through complex issues and solve less than straightforward scenarios with creativity and an analytical mindset
- Ability to work with an entrepreneurial approach in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent creative judgment and problem-solving, data analysis, and writing/presentation skills.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Consumer Apps, you will understand LATAM user needs, influence global product roadmaps, improve the quality of products for our users, drive efficient growth, and suggest strategic advertising narratives and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work as part of the LATAM Consumer Apps team to develop and implement creative strategy to drive growth of our apps.
- Manage the execution for creative plan, including commissioning research in order to uncover insights to inform local approach.
- Manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders. Manage, influence, and update local, regional, and global stakeholders with latest local context, insights, plans, and results.
- Own our product magic story and reasons to believe. Work with agencies to translate our products and their benefit to the user.
- Own overarching timings, creative timings, budget, post-campaign analysis, and social strategy.
