As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving project success by facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, is essential for this position. Experience with project management tools like Jira and Trello is also beneficial.
You should have advanced proficiency in English and be able to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Certification in Scrum or Agile is a plus, but not required.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and be proficient in managing multiple Scrum calls and teams.
