About this Role
You will manage multiple interpretation projects daily.
Projects can begin and end on the same day or span several weeks.
Your responsibilities will centre around project management, client communication, and ad-hoc recruitment of specialized language professionals.
As you master these core functions, opportunities may arise for managing more complex projects, assuming enhanced client-facing roles, and collaborating with Client Service Managers on strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Scoping: discuss client needs via email, phone, or messaging apps, work with colleagues to ensure quality, speed, and cost expectations are met, identify colleagues to assist based on relevant time zones or regions for the project
* Matchmaking: identify suitable linguists for clients' objectives, present their experience in a relevant way for the project, recruit new linguists if necessary, constantly evaluate profitability and client satisfaction
* Executing: sync up expectations between clients and linguists, facilitate successful calls, speak with clients after projects to ensure they are satisfied
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English. Proficiency in an additional language is a bonus.
* Experience with CRM systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
