As a Senior Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands. You will optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA. A deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) is essential to drive profitability.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads & Google Ads, focusing on DTC e-commerce brands
">
* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving ROAS & CPA
">
* Deep understanding of e-commerce metrics (AOV, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) to drive profitability
">
* Creative testing & ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates
">
* Competitor & market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy
">
* Reporting & insights generation using Looker Studio and other analytics tools
">

Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you must have:
">
">
* +5 years of experience running Facebook & Google Ads campaigns
">
* +5 years of experience with Merchant Center
">
* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores (Shopify knowledge is a plus)
">
* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management
">
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue-driving decisions
">
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
">
* Experience with remarketing & dynamic product ads
">
* Proven expertise in SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
">
* Experience with external feed management platforms (DataFeedWatch or Channable)
">

Bonus Points:

Having familiarity with creative strategy & ad copywriting for e-commerce, knowledge of email marketing & CRO strategies to enhance funnel efficiency, and experience working with DTC brands in apparel, streetwear, or fashion would be a bonus.
