The Data Analyst role involves analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed business decisions.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from various data sources and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
This is a remote contract position that offers flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute monitoring and measurement plans based on client objectives.
* Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to generate performance reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and findings.
* Present key findings and recommendations to clients throughout reporting cycles.
Required Skills:
* 1-3 years of professional experience in data analysis and reporting.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to translate research into clear and compelling presentations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly.
* Experience with social listening tools and content publishing platforms.
* Proficiency in reporting dashboard tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
* Knowledge of brand health partners like Kantar Millward-Brown.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Partner with Brand/Comms Strategists and Account Managers to communicate the value of social media monitoring and analytics.
* Lead efforts in developing holistic measurement action plans across all channels.
