* Over all 13 years of IT experience with 5 years in Azure Infra Database Migration
* Experience leading and managing technical teams 5 members
* Strong exposure to Azure IaaS PaaS Azure SQL Networking Storage IAM
* Flexible for 24x7 support and shift based operations
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead Azure cloud solutioning and architecture design for large migration programs
* Perform infra database assessments using Azure Migrate and related tools
* Design and implement Azure Landing Zones governance networking security
* Develop HLDLLD architecture diagrams BoM pricing and licensing strategies
* Execute end-to-end migrations infra-DB using Azure Migrate DMS DMA etc
* Design and implement SQL Server HADR solutions FCI Always On multiregional
* Ensure security compliance and governance using Azure Key Vault and policies
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions
* Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure Windows and SQL environments
