SCM Performance, Projects and Customer Services Specialist

We are seeking a graduate in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering to join our new Demand and Supply Planning structure as an SCM Performance, Projects, and Customer Service Specialist.
Your day at IMSA
* Manage demand and supply of finished goods.
* Develop and manage dashboards with key sector indicators.
* Design and implement S&OP strategies to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
* Coordinate the monthly S&OP cycle, including product management review, demand review, inventory and supply planning.
* Effectively communicate S&OP plans and decisions across all levels of the organization.
* Lead continuous improvement projects within operational supply.
* Develop and manage shipping strategies for both finished goods product lines.
Requirements
* Graduate in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in similar roles (Financial Planning, S&OP Planning Manager, Controller), preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
* Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
* Strong command of digital tools (mandatory): Power BI, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel.
* Experience working with SAP.
Work Location: Saavedra, CABA.
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location: Ferring IMSA Production Plant
