We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, using Agile methodologies to drive delivery and ensure timely completion.
* Tech Leadership: Lead technical teams in implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards.
* Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
* Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
* Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong business acumen.
* Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
