About This Role:
You'll be part of a high-performing team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams.
In this role:

* Ensure smooth and efficient workflows by removing obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.
* Cultivate Agile best practices within the team through coaching and training.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead efforts to align Scrum practices with our digital marketing strategy and goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
This is an opportunity to drive Change Management through coaching the team on shifting mindsets towards transformational growth. If you have expertise in Azure DevOps tools like Azure Boards or Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), this would be a significant advantage!
