About the Role
Cadence is a language services firm specializing in due diligence support.

This role will involve managing interpretation projects, which can range from short-term remote work to longer on-site assignments.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for project management, client communication, and recruiting specialized language professionals as needed.
As you gain experience, you may take on more complex projects, assume enhanced client-facing roles, and collaborate with Client Service Managers on strategic planning.
* You will interact with clients via email, phone, or other channels to discuss their needs.
* You will work with colleagues to ensure clients' expectations are met for quality, speed, and cost.
* You will identify suitable team members based on relevant time zones or regions for each project.
Please note that this role focuses on project management, not interpretation services for clients.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational abilities.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate in both independent and team settings.
Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed and tackle new challenges.
