About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing positive relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and providing expert support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* To develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business requirements and expectations.
* To evaluate client business requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* To participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally while securing requirement sign-off.
* To identify critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with documents and maintenance to the clients' system environments.
* To participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project, as well as client activities such as Payment Card Industry audits and internal projects.
* To execute simple project/development work plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
