As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar field. You will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
You will also have opportunities to document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
You may also hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate.
